I learned today that my 15 year old daughter who visits us weekly has been tested positive for mononucleosis, and has probably had it for 8-12 weeks.
It is possible that the nasty flu I’ve been dealing with for three weeks now is not actually the flu. It would explain the rather severe fatigue that Kathy and I have had.
There’s no medical treatment for it. It typically lasts 1-2 months but has been known to take longer.
